October is shaping up as a busy month for the College. As noted elsewhere, the Dean will be making a brief visit to London in the first few days of October for a meeting of the British Regional Committee and the annual gathering of alumni from the UK. Later in the month we are hosting the  2016 SGC Peace Lecture, to be presented by Fr. David Neuhaus.

In between those events we have two programs, with a third commencing at the end of the month:

• Introduction to the Bible Lands (4–11 October)
•  Living Stones (14–23 October)
• Division and Hope in the Holy City (25 October – November 1)

These are very different programs, but they offer each set of participants a rich and transformative experience in the Holy Land. Please keep both participants and staff in your prayers as they prepare for these programs, and as they open their hearts to the good gifts that God has in store for each of them.
